Course-Related Refunds: Within 14 days of enrollment, if you've completed less than 20% of the course material. This gives you enough time to explore the content while ensuring instructors are compensated for engaged students.
Technical Issues: If persistent technical problems prevent you from accessing course content, and our support team can't resolve the issue within 72 hours of your first report.
Duplicate Purchases: Accidental multiple purchases of the same course will be refunded immediately once verified in our system.
